Jane Bergeron O'Keefe received her Master of Music in Organ Performance from the University of Notre Dame. Since that time, she has held positions as the Director of Music and Organist for parishes in the Archdiocese of Boston, and is currently serving in that capacity at St. Mary's Parish in Winchester, Massachusetts. She has been a presenter at workshops for the Archdiocese, and served as a board member for the local chapter of National Pastoral Musicians and for the Boston Archdiocesan Music Committee. Prior to her graduate studies, she served as the organist at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Burlington, Vermont.
Jerry Galipeau is Associate Publisher at World Library Publications, the music and liturgy division of J.S. Paluch Company in Franklin Park, Illinois. Before coming to WLP, he served for fifteen years as Director of Liturgy and Music at parishes in Florida and Illinois. Jerry presents keynotes and workshops through the United States and Canada on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, liturgical spirituality, ritual music, evangelization, and adult spiritual formation. Past chair of the Board of Directors of the North American Forum on the Catechumenate, Jerry has been a frequent team member for the Forum's institutes. A popular parish mission presenter and retreat leader, he earned the Doctor of Ministry with a concentration in liturgical studies from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago in 1999, where he is presently an adjunct faculty member. Dr. Galipeau's articles have appeared in Catechumenate, Liturgical Singer, Pastoral Music, Today's Parish, Rite, and Church magazines, as well as Sourcebook for Sundays and Seasons. Jerry's books are published by World Library Publications.
Karen Schneider Kirner has been on the Campus Ministry staff as a liturgical musician since fall of 1997. She is Assistant Director/Organist for the Notre Dame Folk Choir and Director of the Notre Dame Celebration and Handbell Choirs. She also serves as Assistant Organist for the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, and is adjunct organ faculty for St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana. Ms. Kirner completed a Master of Music in Organ and Master of Arts in Religion from Yale University, through the Institute of Sacred Music. She studied for one year in the Roman Catholic Church music program at the Hochschule fur Musik in Vienna, Austria (organ with Peter Planyavsky), and her Bachelor of Music degree is from Ball State University. A well-traveled organ recitalist with experience as a parish music director in Connecticut, New York and Ohio, Ms. Kirner also composes choral/handbell music for World Library Publications of Chicago.
Rev. Ricky Manalo, CSP is a member of the Paulist Community. He has published more than 20 pastoral articles on multiculturalism, intercultural communication, and liturgical music, and has written a book, Chanting on Our Behalf (Pastoral Press). His liturgical music is published through Oregon Catholic Press and GIA Publications. Currently, he serves as a board member of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians. He is also an advisor to the U.S. Bishops' Committee on the Liturgy (Multicultural Committee) and the Bishops' Secretariat of Cultural Diversity in the Church. In 2005, he facilitated the first national gathering of Asian Pacific Catholics. Currently he is pursuing a doctoral degree in liturgy, cultural studies, and sociology at the Graduate Theological Union and U.C. Berkeley, while residing at Old St. Mary's Cathedral in San Francisco's Chinatown.
Nancy Menk, Music Director, holds the Mary Lou Morris and Judd Leighton Chair in Music at Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana. She also serves as Music Director of the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra Chorus. She holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and M.M. and D.M.A. degrees in Choral Conducting from the University of Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music. She has conducted high school choirs in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she founded the Pittsburgh Youth Chorus, which performs annually within the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra. Here teachers have included Earl Rivers, Elmer Thomas, Helmuth Rilling, and Teri Murai. She is Editor of the Saint Mary's College Choral Series, a distinctive series of select new music for women's voices publishes by Earthsongs of Corvallis, Oregon. Dr. Menk serves regularly as a guest conductor and choral adjudicator throughout the United States.
Michelle Rego is a professional church musician, currently serving as Director of Music for the Cathedral of Saint Jude the Apostle in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Ms. Rego holds degrees in music and liturgy from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Notre Dame, where she studied organ with Craig Cramer. She is a consultant and frequent clinician in the area of church music, and is the author of The Church Musician's Soul Survival Guide. Ms. Rego maintains an actival recital schedule with her professional ensemble, HERALD Vocal Arts, and as a solo artist.
Michele Warner currently serves on the faculty of Saint Mary's College, where she has taught voice lessons since 1999. Michele has done extensive work for the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend in the area of cantor training, and has been privileged to be invited to serve as cantor for many Diocesan celebrations. As a clinician for World Library Publications of Chicago, she has presented workshops throughout the country regarding the theological, spiritual, and practical aspects of cantoring; she has also been a co-presenter at NPM conventions. On weekends, she can be found singing with the Notre Dame Folk Choir; she also serves as a primary vocal coach for the soloists of that ensemble. Michele holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Webster University, St. Louis; while attending she also sang with the St. Louis Symphony Chorus and the Bach Society of St. Louis.
Steven Warner (B.A., Religious Studies, St. Michael's College, 1977; M.A., Liturgical Studies, Notre Dame, 1980) is the founder and Director of the Notre Dame Folk Choir and Director of Liturgical Resources for Residence Halls at the University of Notre Dame. He has been a member of the Campus Ministry staff since 1979.  Under his direction, the Folk Choir has earned a reputation in the development of ritual song throughout the English speaking world. His liturgical music compositions are published exclusively through World Library Publications of Chicago. He is a frequent clinician for National Pastoral Musicians and diocesan liturgical events.
