Symposium Registration Information
Registration is available at the Notre Dame Conference Center website. Look under June 2016 for the Symposium registration page.
Early registration fee of $260/person (Liturgy Network members pay $240) before April 15, 2016/ $300 ($280 for Liturgy Network members) after April 15, 2016.
Registration fee includes all meeting materials, refreshment breaks, and meals during the symposium. Registration fee does not include housing. Fee includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via regular mail or e-mail, at firstname.lastname@example.org) and must be received by June 3, 2016. A refund will be issued, less the $50 deposit.
Register 5 or more people together and receive a $20 discount per person! Registrations must be mailed together (in the same envelope) to qualify for this discount. Additional registrations, sent at later dates, will not be eligible. Please call 574-631-5436 to request a paper form.
Residence Hall Lodging
Accommodations in residence halls are available the nights of June 20, 21, and 22. The price for a single room is $165 for the three nights ($55/night); a double room is $135/person ($45/person per night).
Blankets, sheets and towels are provided during your stay. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men's and women's facilities on each floor. There is no provision for more than two persons per room. Requests for adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed, but will be honored if possible. No minors are allowed to stay in residence hall rooms.
For Morris Inn reservations instead of residence hall accommodations, please contact the Morris Inn directly, at 574-631-2000; be sure to specify you are attending the Liturgy Symposium. Single or double room rate is $169.00/night, plus applicable taxes. Valet parking is available adjacent to the hotel for an additional fee; a free visitor parking lot is also available a short distance away, in the Hammes Bookstore parking lot.

If you prefer to mail your registration, please contact us for a paper registration form. For mailed registration, please complete credit card information or send a check.
Full payment of all symposium fees (which includes a non-refundable $50 deposit) is desired with this registration; however, a minimum of the $50 non-refundable deposit will be accepted with this registration, with the remaining balance due on arrival.

Confirmation: The Notre Dame Conference Center will mail each registrant a letter of confirmation with additional symposium information and housing information, if applicable. Confirmation letters are sent directly from the Conference Center, and may not be processed until late May, after Notre Dame’s commencement weekend. In addition to the Conference Center’s mailed confirmation, the Center for Liturgy will send a confirming e-mail message to verify that your registration has been received in our office. Please make sure to include your current e-mail address on your registration materials.
